Service Description
Shirodhara therapy is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment that originated in India thousands of years ago. The word "Shirodhara" comes from two Sanskrit words: "Shiro" meaning head and "Dhara" meaning flow. In this therapy, a gentle stream of warm oil (usually sesame or other herbal oils) is poured onto the forehead, specifically targeting the third eye point. This continuous flow of oil calms the nervous system, quieting the mind and promoting deep relaxation.
